Zelda: Breath of the Wild is out! It has been four years since its initial announcement and a few delays later, the game is out… in the wild.
The game has received exceptional critical and commercial acclaim, earning an aggregated score of 98 on metacritic – Just one point lower than Ocarina of Time.
Number Crunching:
Ocarina of Time has a score of 99 – but only 22 reviews.
Breath of the Wild, on the other hand, has a score of 98 – with 64 reviews.
Meaning that the influx of reviews compared to 1998 might have prevented Breath of the Wild from objectively being the greatest video game of all time. Though this is a debate for another time.
Now let’s get back to the article at hand, which will show off and detail amiibo functionality for the latest Zelda adventure.
