The products enhance streaming capabilities for content creators
Razer introduced its new products focused on streaming and content creation, incorporating the Razer Kiyo, a professional quality webcam and a brand new microphone, the Razer Seiren X.
The Seiren X is a professional quality condenser microphone that has a built-in base mount system, it’s very compact and comes equipped with 25mm capacitors for better sensitivity when recording or retransmission.
Razer Kiyo is the world’s first webcam that comes with a built-in light ring, which provides a unique solution that allows the highest image quality and integrated professional lighting without the need of buying extra accessories. It has 12 levels of lightning in order to get the ideal light in any environment. Kiyo can handle video at 720p with 60 FPS, and 1080p at 30 FPS. It also supports Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) and XSplit.
“When Razer invited me to take a look at the first prototypes, it was amazing to see their idea about the features and needs I have in my day to day life,” said Jericho, one of the best streamers on Twitch and YouTube. “I felt like another member of the design team by giving them my opinions on these products.”
The new products are expected to hit the market on October 2017 at a prices ranged between $99 and $110.
