E3 2017

We’re only 1 month away from E3 2017 and the hype is overflowing! With numerous big name titles and possible new consoles, expectations are high. Games like God of War, Spiderman, Red Dead Redemption 2, Forza 7, Death Stranding and more are all expected to be seen and release dates revealed. Microsoft’s “Project Scorpio” is anticipated to be officially dubbed and unveiled, rumors are spreading that Sony may potentially announce a “PS5” to be in the works. I have no doubt we’ll be seeing further development and advancement of various VR titles and technology as well.

Of course, we know for sure we’ll receive news about some big games whose release dates have already been announced. Call of Duty: WWII, scheduled of course for a November release, choosing to follow the lead of competitor series Battlefield and return to the past rather than continue pushing the limits of futuristic warfare. Marvel Vs. Capcom Infinite, set be released September 19th, changing their formula from a three character to a two character team of heroes and villains is sure to shake things up and provide fans of the series a fresh new take on a classic dynamic. And Destiny 2, three years after the original Destiny, will be released on September 8th; despite all of the ups and downs of the first Destiny, the game has maintained an extensive player base with a very active community and those fans are dying to see what loot the next adventure holds.
